What is leadership coaching?
Leadership coaching is a process that builds professional self-awareness in order to improve effectiveness at work. Coaching often involves exploring new tools and techniques, observing actions and outcomes and integrating learning into work practices. It can also involve reflecting on assumptions that may be self-limiting, or that no longer serve you in the role you’re taking on.
How do you work with coaching clients?
We combine face-to-face discussion, observation, reflection and a fair bit of humor to help you discern the patterns that have led to your previous successes--and the behaviors that have got in your way. We’ll push you, firmly but gently, to go beyond your surface capabilities to an awareness of your deeper strengths as a professional, an executive, a leader. We’ll find some ways to gather data to measure your impact. We’ll ensure you gain a greater appreciation of your differentiators and learn how to put these to good use.
