How does Leadership Coaching work?
What might the logistics look like?
- We explore and ascertain what you want to get out of coaching, and the specific context within which you are operating. From this, we develop and agree high-level and measurable goals / targets.
- We listen, observe, provide feedback and support you in an ongoing process of self-reflection. Further feedback can also be collected from others.
- We work with you to find new approaches, which align with your role, context and your core values, that will help you move you towards your goals.
- We focus on integrating learning into your daily work practices to build sustainable habits
What might the logistics look like?
- Depending on location, we might start by meeting in person and then move to phone or video calls, or a mixture of the two
- Clients in the DC area can take advantage of our 'walk and talk' option: the only form of multi-tasking we heartily recommend
- Typical coaching engagements run from 4 to 6 months, with sessions every 2 to 3 weeks, but there is no minimum - or maximum!
